Our core service is the acquisition and registration of intellectual property rights – patents, trademarks and registered designs – in Singapore and internationally for our clients. We work closely with our clients, identifying their individual needs, and providing tailor-made advice to meet those needs. We have extensive experience in world-wide portfolio management, working hand-in-hand with our worldwide network of trusted and expert associates.

Our main expertise is in patent drafting and prosecution. We work closely with inventors to understand their inventions with a view to obtaining the strongest possible patent protection.

We also provide trademark services, working with clients to protect their brands locally and internationally. We file registered design applications, providing protection for the appearance of an article.

We have extensive experience in patent litigation support, providing full support up to trial and, if necessary, appeal. This support ranges from the initial assessment of the merits of a case, with the provision of patent infringement and validity opinions, right up to trial.
